Eat healthy high: calorie foods. Eat 6 meals/day. Work on strength training to build large muscle groups. Workout w heavier weights w fewer repetitions. Sleep at least 8 to 9 hrs/night. Quit smoking: Quit smoking ... you'll gain weight ... And you'll breathe better, have less sinus congestion, your sense of smell & taste will come back, you'll not be a pulmonary cripple when you're older, you'll live longer as you won't die from cancer earlier, your skin will look more supple, and you'll smell better!!
