No lasting harm: This created oxidative stress in your body and might have temporarily irritated your nose, throat and lungs but will not cause any lasting harm. People smoke 20 cigarettes a day or more for several years before serious lasting consequences occur but, on the other hand, every puff is harmful and cigarettes are highly addictive, so you are wise to have quit for good. Please never start again.
