what is the difference between cephalexin and amoxycillin? what are they used for?

Different Antibiotic: Amoxicillin is an antibiotic in penicillin class and Cephalexin is a cephalosporin class antibiotic these are both antibiotics and use to treat various infections if and when indicated and available in us by prescription only.
