Throat Acid burn: A burn in the back of the throat with that sour acid taste in the mouth can be gastro-esophageal reflux disease. This a great concern for your dds(it can destroy your teeth). You also need to see an internal medicine/ gastro/ ENT md for consultation. Stomache acid burns to the esophagus can lead to serious other diseases.
