burning in back throat. sore when swallow. bloated feeling. post nasal drip or acid reflux??

Or both: But most probably reflux, given the constellation of symptoms, anyways you need to see your doctor, meanwhile you can try OTC reflux medication like omeprazole 20 mg once a day for a week or two only, read the labels carefully though. Besides that, reflux precautions as avoiding caffiene as much as you can, fried foods, excess carbonated beverages, raising pillows lose weight, good luck
