Yes, but...: Off the face, peeling is more risky. Healing is slower, and you should be more conservative with the strength of the peel. Light peels can be done on the neck and decollete area, for example.

Body peel formulations usually have different concentrations of the active acids and formulations are balanced with anti-inflammatories and other calming ingredients to accommodate thinner skin and less hair follicles in these areas.
