Vit. D: Tell you to get more sun and give you vitamin d and then monitor your 25 hydroxyl vitamin d level in your blood to make sure that it is getting better.

I'd...: Put you on vitamin d2 (prescription) 50, 000 iu per week until your 25-oh d level was normal and switch you to vitamin d3-2000iu thereafter. The sun is overrated and causes skin cancer and wrinkling!
