Start today: Start it takes time, look how much time it took to gain the weight. Cut out poor quality foods like chips, dips,candy,sugary treats and increase protein decrease fat and carbs and exercise. As soon as you notice your clothes feeling looser and see the difference in your face neck etc it will motivate you Also control your portions, eat on smaller plates and don't pile the food a foot high go ahead
