No cure for laziness: No one can supply discipline and motivation but you. Stop making excuses and get off the couch. Start a low carbohydrate as well.

Exercise Motivation: I usually recommend that you begin an exercise program that is low intensity that is enjoyable to you. Progress as you are able. Try to change your activity life style for 6 weeks before giving up. Have this short term goal. Bet you won't go back to the couch after 6 weeks. You will feel better, look better, and want to continue.
