Multiple conditions: It sounds you may have more than one problem.i would need more info. Is the pain in the calves when you are walking or at rest or both. Does it occur when you are in bed. The abdominal pain may be from the hip surgery. Tjhere may have been a iatrogenic nerve injury during the surgery that is causing pain to radiate into the abdomen.You could also have a infection from the hip surgery, causing pair
