Key is Dosage: A person needs at 8-10 full glasses of water each day just to take care of the normal cellular activity of the body. The vast majority of people never take the required minimum per day therefore they are in a continuous state of dehydration. However, drinking a great deal more than that can cause an electrolyte imbalance in the body. The key is dosage.
