Present moment: Practice awareness of the present moment, which reduces tendencies to ruminate about past pain & worry about possible future outcomes. It also allows you to enjoy and be present for more of your own life! there are many ways to do this, such as meditation, yoga, tai chi, breathing exercises, etc. You can start with 5 min in morning & night. "mindfulness based stress reduction workbook" is good.
