Focus On You: I find that with most of my patients who are stressed, it is more likely than not that they are never really focused on themselves. They are always concerned about what they are doing for someone else or what someone else has said, is thinking, or is doing. Have the courage to be introspective....Spend some time doing what you want to do. You'll be amazed at how this will attract less stress.
