Cold: A bit more history is in order here. This could be raynauds see your family doc or podiatrist for a referral to a vascular doctor.

Causes of cold fing-: Ers ; toes include: hx of smoking, vascular diseases affecting the small blood vessels, could be familial (running in some family members as well) or idiopathic ( ie: no particular cause could be found for it). A vascular surgeon might be able to help with diagnosing the problem. A rheumatologist's opinion would also be beneficial. Good luck.

My feet are always cold. I dont have raynauds, all blood tests came back fine for iron, ferritin, etc. I take vitamin c for iron absorption. If I dont wear socks, my toes will turn purple. Ive had this all of my life. Hands get cold too. Advice?
