It depends,,: This might be something, but it could just be nonspecific and just from cold mornings. If this has been going on for some time like years, then it'd be a good idea to see your doctor and get tested for a possible autoimmune disorder like scleroderma or rheumatoid, but if it's just a few days it's better to wait until the weather is warmer and see how you feel. More tests: Get some testing on your thyroid done. If it is normal, consider seeing an endocrinologist, or better yet, a functional medicine doctor. Good luck!
