Get it evaluated: It depends on the location of the pain. Is it shoulder, elbow, etc. There is no way to tell without an exam.

Lots of reasons: Where in your right arm does it hurt? At the shoulder, elbow, wrist, forearm, triceps? Location could help determine a cause, but i agree it's best to get it evaluated because of limited information.
