I have a bump on my arm and it seems to be inside my skin it doesn't hurt and it feels very hard what could it be? if i try squishing it or pushing hard against it, it doesn't move at all or hurt it is just there the bump doesn't pop out you have to touch

Lymph node: It sounds like a lymph node which is part of lymphatic system. If it is not tender, mobile, with no superficial skin changes then watch for now. Also u should see ur doc to make sure there are no associated lumps. Small isolated lump is of not much concern.

Hard bump: Could be many things but one of the most common causes for a nontender bump under the skin is a dermatofibroma or cyst.
