my right arms tingles and hurts inside whenever i go to sleep?

Arm Alarm: Your discomfort suggests compression of either blood flow to the arm or directly on a nerve. In the case of blood flow the tingling occurs as the tissues are deprived of oxygen which irritate the nerve. Direct compression of the nerve causes a similar irritation. A sleep splint with a ball attached to a velcro waist belt can be worn to keep you from rolling onto that side & compressing the arm.

No: Pins and needles are evidence of an affected nervous system. By far and away the commonest cause is bad diet, particularly all the sugary "junk".
