my shoulder ran into the wall while racing.a single push-up hurts extremely.i'm in great shape physically except it kills me to raise my arm. how long?

Dr. Alvin Stein

What did you injure?: Running into the wall could have injured the acromioclavicular joint or damaged a ligament in the shoulder or bruised a muscle. If you still have no improvement in 3 weeks, find a doctor who does prolotherapy as that will be the fasted return to full activity. Visit www.Getprolo.Com or www.Aaomed.Org for help finding a doctor and learning about prolotherapy.
