A different take:: It's a mistake2 discard the fact that all the complaints came about in the same time.Tingling, numbness is a peripheral nerve irritation. The simultaneous congested vein should suggest the possibility common reason: thoracic outlet syndrome caused by a cervical rib, scalenus anticus syndrome, etc. Etc. The best is to be examined by a vascular surgeon asap mainly if the symptoms persist!
