Vein valve: The vein has valve to direct blood flow one direction, where engorging may happen, as the blood pooling which direction of blood went opposite, different direction. It may be temporary or may contain blood clot. The superficial vein clots may not make emboli but painful bulging. It usually subside without specific tratment.
