Cut off your arm: All kidding aside, there is no good and safe way to get rid of that much weight quickly. Weight loss by diet and exercise is best done gradually with lifestyle changes. Ideally, healthy weight loss should not exceed 1-2 pounds per week unless you are under constant supervision of a physician. Only severely dehydrating your body would have you decrease your weight faster, but that is not true loss.
