Pain: Some suggestions that can help is to do a adequate stretch before running, making sure your shoe gear is sized correctly and had an adequate orthotic or shoe insert for running. Taking an anti inflammatory such as a Ibuprofen and utilizing a topical compounding pain cream can help significantly in pain reduction. If pain persists, please see your local podiatrist or foot and ankle ortho.
