Ptsd: Pills may not be enough to help. You may need to undergo psychotherapy. Discuss the problrm with your pcp. He may refer you to a psychiatrist.

The best treatment: Plan is one which includes both therapy and appropriate psychotropic medications. It is important to work with a therapist who is experienced with ptsd. Cognitive processing therapy is superior for tx of ptsd. Group therapy & emdr could also be beneficial.
