PTSD: Certainly eating a well balanced diet will help you feel better overall, but I don't know of any specific foods that will help your anxiety and depression. As you know PTSD is a difficult disorder to treat but can be successfully treated with therapy and medications. I'm going to refer you question to my colleague Dr. baker in CA who has more experience in Holistic Medicine.
