Bleeding/ tetanus: If you can't get the bleeding to stop that is a reason for medical evaluation. When was your last tetanus shot?

See plastic surgeon: Consult a plastic surgeon to see if the area needs to be debrided and sutured closed. The heat of the power drill may have cauterized the edge of the hole and would therefore inhibit wound healing. Good luck.

I won't worry if the: Motion of fingers and hand are good and there's no redness, swelling or pus. Otherwise follow up with your dr. Have a tetanus shot if u haven't had one the past 5-10 years. Peroxide cleaning with neosporin application would prevent infection. Take care!
