What happens when you were doing a fence with the handrail and the front of the handrail came off and drilled a little bit of your thumb and is bleeding looks like she has a big split in her thumb i told her to move her thumb she said she can't feel ?

Go to urgent care/ER: Sounds like she may have a cut or laceration that needs to be cleaned out and repaired with stitches, especially if it continues to bleed. She probably needs a tetanus shot if she hasn't had one in the last 5 years or so. Recommend that she goes to the ER to be further evaluated especially if she is having any numbness. She may need to have xray to make sure there is not anything in the wound.
