Prob. ganglion cyst: Ganglion cysts are very common lumps within the hand and wrist that occur adjacent to joints or tendons. The most common location is top of the wrist. These start out as soft sometimes mobile lumps. They can get firmer and ccasionally they continue to grow and can become uncomfortable. Ultrasound can usually confirm diagnosis. If painful, contact general surgeon.
