Wrist bump: This is a typical location for a ganglion cyst. If it is causing ongoing pain, please have it seen for a proper diagnosis and appropriate treatment.

Possible cyst: This may be a cyst formed in the tendon sheath. Have it examined for an accurate diagnosis and management. Treat symptoms with rest and acetaminophen or ibuprofen. All the best.
