Need exam: Unfortunately this would take a physical examination as well as review of imaging studies to give a real answer, but there could be scar tissue there, or could be just anatomy you hadn't noticed there, or could be a cyst, etc. Consider a 2nd opinion if you're still concerned.

Small round hard like bone lump at base of wrist (palm side) thumb side. Doesnt hurt, could it be ganglion cyst? It is hard like a bone though
I've had a round lump on the inside of my wrist for maybe 2 years now. Always thought it was a bone, this morning it hurts to even touch. Should I be concerned? Or how do I know if it's more than that?
