Healing: A raised bony callus generally forms when bones are healing. However, if you do have a concern about something being abnormal i would ask your doctor.

Fractured foot: Sounds like you have traumatic arthritis of the joints now. You may need further surgery to reduce the joints and get rid of the deformity and arthritis. Ie arthrodesis of the foot.

Lump: It would be a bit early for arthritis . The bones may not be as aligned as they need to be . Either way you need to see your treating physician for an x ray and evaluation.

Bone: After a midfoot fracture/dislocation (?) often you heal with a bump either due to the fracture callus that remains, malunion of the bones (not completely put in place) or arthtritic changes in the joints involved or near the fracture. Xrays will help detrnine what the lump is and a ct scan or MRI may be necessary.
