Keep it light and : Simple with plenty of water along with fruits and/ or nuts. I like to avoid any packaged, processed food. Raisins are a great choice as well.--- easy to carry and store.

Protein smoothie: I like to drink a protein smoothie between workouts in addition to water. The protein gives a little more energy through the second workout without giving you a sugar rush. The water is important so you don't develop cramps during your kickboxing/judo classes.
