Warrants eval: Is ddnos - depressive disorder not otherwise specified? If you have depression and ptsd i would not automatically write off your symptoms to these conditions. Recommend that the lightheadedness and confusion be medically assessed.

Likely Related: Those symptoms are consistent with depersonalization and high anxiety states. However, with no other information, I suggest getting a good physical, as low blood sugar, ear infections, and many other common illnesses can cause similar symptoms. Keep track of symptom frequency, duration, and intensity, as well as eating times, & speak with MD.
