A reason to see a Dr: To be correctly diagnosed, you need to see a doctor for an exam. There's no way to tell w/o one. It could be as simple as sinus or as complicated as a cardio-vascular issue - or anything between. Have an exam. If that leads to a need for lab work or imaging, follow the steps toward a Dx and Treatment plan. I hope it's simple but whatever it is, early attention will be best.
