Lightheadedness: Check your blood pressure sitting and standing and when you feel lightheaded. It may drop too low on standing causing lightheadedness. If so, notify your physician who will guide you on reducing your valsartan or amlodipine. I doubt the B1 vitamin affects your blood pressure. I also recommend having a treadmill stress test to assess bp and heart performance with exercise.
