Yes you should: See a doctor. I don't know from your description what this could possibly be. If it is not changing shape, it is not an emergency. But it could be something that needs treatment to prevent it from getting worse.

Congenital foramen: Enlarged openings (foramina) in the two bones (parietal bones) that form the top and sides of the skull called parietal foramina. Incidence of enlarged parietal foramina is estimated to be between 1 in 15, 000 and 25, 000 individuals.The area covering the parietal foramina is soft to the touch. Pressure applied to the openings can lead to severe headaches. Sometimes one is larger and more dominant.
