In my left nostril on the top right part i have a small lump i've had for ages no symptoms not itchy and i think i've had it for my entire life i can't really remember what could it be and should i see a doctor?

You would need to have it examined to find out what it is. But, if you have had it a long time and it is not causing any symptoms, then it is likely benign. See your doctor and have it examined to find out what is causing the lump. Best of luck to you!!
