Is it normal to have a lumpy skull? i have a bump on the top of my head thats been there as long as i could remember. i had an mri done 2 years ago and the doctor said everything was normal. am i just being paranoid?

Assuming it is not painful, tender, red, inflamed, extruding pus, growing larger, or deforming your appearance, there does not seem to be a necessity to worry about this.
