I have a sharp pain in my lower right side, but this pain only occurs when i run or jog, i was thinking it could be a problem with my spleen or liver?

Pain: Pain during physical activity is usually musculoskeletal pain. While the liver is on your right side and spleen on your left i think it is less likely that your pain while running is due to a problem with either organ.

Cannot diagnose: This sounds as if it may be musculoskeletal in nature, but without the capacity to examine you, you should be seen by a pcp and evaluated. Hope this is better soon.
