Unlikely: Your procedure should not cause liver or spleen enlargement. Anesthesia might cause a reaction or allergic response but these are usually discovered right away. Continued bleeding, pain, dizziness, or severe fatigue should prompt you to get immediate attention. See your Doc to address your concerns, it’s unlikely that a suction D&C caused organ damage other than uterine perforation. Take care.
