Ultrasound?: Atelectasis is probably not a big deal. Liver may have a problem such as enlargement or nonspecific disease such as steatosis. Liver function tests are useful.

Collapse: Atelectasis refers to a partial collapse of the lung. Usually due to shallow breathing or other infirmary. This is common after surgery, when due to pain, you do not take deep breaths, and an incentive spirometer can help to remind you to take deep breaths. As to the liver/spleen attenuation, that is due to congestion.
