Exercise and pain: It is very common for people that run or exercise regularly to experience muscle fatigue which could cause pain with prolonged activity.In other cases the muscles can be strain and this can cause symptoms when you resume the activity. Also if you run on a full stomach you may develop pain for changes inblood flow while digestion is going on.It would be good to know a lityle bit if how pain started.
