TMD: When you run, the air passing your ears is also passing by the muscles of the jaw. It is well known that tmd (temporo-mandibular disorder) can cause tinnitus, even though tinnitus is now considered to be the result of synchronous neural discharge from the central auditory nervous system. I am not qualified to discuss the other pain problem. Have your dentist check your bite. Do you clench teeth.
