Not enough info: You don't mention other symptoms or the duration of symptoms. Allergy reports - do you mean blood tests? Cough may be due to post-nasal drip, asthma, reflux of stomach acid and other causes.You should have lung function (breathing tests) tests. It may be the time to see a specialist.

Cough: Chronic cough is usually due a limited number of things 1 asthma or asthma like condition 2 sinus condition 3 vocal cord problem . If cxr is normal get pulmonary testing with provocation to see if you have asthma . The chest pain is probably from coughing.
