33/m. never smoked. no cough, intermittent sob, relieved with inhaler. clear cxr, lung sounds normal. allergies/pn drip, and sometimes very small streaks blood in mucus after throat clearing. also have blood in nose occasionally. suggest lung cancer?

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor. If your symptoms are stable, you have not lost weight and SOB is not worsening, you may watch and wait.
