I have had swollen lymph nodes for over a month that haven't got any smaller, is there a chance i would need a lymph node biopsy?

See physician.: Swollen lymph nodes can be caused by infection or tumor. You should consult physician forr physical exam. Physician accordingly may order imaging in form of chest xray, ultrasound, and or ct.Sometimes blood tests are also performed. Biopsy would be determined by size and configuration of nodes.
