Hold on: Don't plan your biopsy yet. Lots of things can cause enlarged lymph glands and they're not all bad. Sometimes they are enlarged in the neck but not big enough that it's a worry. I recommend you stop trying to figure it out online and go see a doctor for further evaluation. It may not be as bad as you suspect, but you do need to find out.
