Not bad numbers: Your numbers aren't terrible. They are both at the upper limit of "normal" for your age group. What you should do depends on your other risks for heart disease: if you smoke, have diabetes, have a strong history of early heart disease in the family, or have high bp, you could consider statin medication, along with the standards of low sat fat intake, exercise, fruits and veggies, lots of fish.
