Not sure...: The right side inside the abdomen shouldn't get irritated by stool. Stool collects on the left side, usually the left lower part of the abdomen. If constipated, the left side can feel firm and crampy. If even more constipated, the stool backs up to the upper left side, across the middle, and finally to the right side. So, if such symptoms persist or come back, a doctor can evaluate (examine).
