Swollen thyroid: Follow up with endocrinologist. It may be a goiter, nodule or mass and you may also be hypothyroid which can cause GI disturbance and constipation. Consider an ultrasound the check for diffuse swelling vs. mass and need for biopsy. Also check thyroid function and antibodies ( for Hashimotos autoimmune thyroiditis)
